143 Days To Go!
Sienna Gomez
Sienna Gomez - Maid of Honor
Built in best friends since Sienna joined Kelsey as the only 2 granddaughters in the chaotic Gomez family! Kelsey and Sienna don't remember a time without each other, having tea parties, laughing on beaches, and sharing secrets and wine on late nights.
Madeline Crain
Madeline Crain - Bridesmaid
The (minutes) older Crain twin, Madeline lives in Atlanta and has become close friends with Kelsey over trashy books, giggling at John's quirks, and getting-ready FaceTimes.
Mary Abbott Crain
Mary Abbott Crain - Bridesmaid
The youngest Crain sibling, Mary Abbott offered her home in Denver when Kelsey and John visited about a year into them dating. Always a good time, master sardines player, and now Birmingham resident.
Elizabeth Bonnell
Elizabeth Bonnell - Bridesmaid
Freshman year brought these two closer than anyone could have imagined! Two Texas girls taking on Duke, Kelsey and Elizabeth blasted country music through the dorm, laughed (cried) their way through freshman chemistry, and spent time during Christmas break together. Many years and many trips later, they see each other every chance they can.
Ilona Stanback
Ilona Stanback - Bridesmaid
Ilona lived down the hall freshman year and was quickly stuck with two Texans fumbling their way through Duke! Four years of weekly dinner parties, dancing to Spanish music, and adventures in Spain are the basis of Kelsey and Ilona’s long time friendship
Caleigh Smith
Caleigh Smith - Bridesmaid
Kelsey and Caleigh became close sophomore year when they lived next door to each other in sorority apartments. The friendship quickly became late night study sessions eating gummies and crying into their chemistry textbooks, as well as car rides jamming out to the classic 2016 hits. They’ve since spent time in each others’ cities listening to music and enjoying breweries.
Katie Herrmann
Katie Herrmann - Bridesmaid
What started as “phi-bear” photos and sorority date nights, quickly turned into long nights talking about life and an adventure buddy for life. Katie and Kelsey were lucky enough to be roommates not once but twice, with one semester in Spain with a host family and then in our senior year apartment. Having moved in lock step since college, MBA dual degrees and engagements keep them on their toes!
Hailey Cole
Hailey Cole - Bridesmaid
Friends since high school, Hailey and Kelsey were cheerleaders along with doing every thing else together! From 14 years old to two weddings and a baby, these two have known life with each other longer than they ever knew life without.
Scott Crain
Scott Crain - Best Man
As John’s best man, his father has been a constant source of love and support throughout his life. They enjoy spending time together at Lake Martin and cheering on the Tide - football and basketball. Whether playing games or simply being together, their relationship is built on years of love, laughter, and shared memories.
Will Crain
Will Crain - Groomsman
Will is John’s younger brother. Growing up together meant sharing countless memories of spending time at the lake and the kind of history only siblings can have (but don't ask about sharing the Gamecube).
Trey Lansdale
Trey Lansdale - Groomsman
Trey is Kelsey’s younger brother. He came into John’s life through Kelsey, but had their paths crossed differently, there’s a very high chance they would have still been great friends - anyone that knows them knows how similar they are. A shared love of sports (and strong opinions about them) as well as other stupid interests made it easy for them to connect.
Cole Kuczerpa
Cole Kuczerpa - Groomsman
John and Cole met on the very first day of business school and have been close friends ever since. While they technically enrolled to earn degrees, most of their time was spent on sports, social outings, and pretty much anything else that wasn’t studying. As roommates, they bonded over their shared love of sports, though John still occasionally has his feelings hurt when Cole abandons him in favor of Duke basketball. Cole, along with Matt (another groomsman), also surprised John on his birthday three years ago with Ron, a salamander that unwillingly became John’s first pet and is expected to live another 15–20 years, whether John likes it or not.
Matt Ball
Matt Ball - Groomsman
John and Matt met during the first week of business school, when Matt didn’t yet know what a financial statement was. They learned a little, but mostly spent their time being bad influences on each other. As mentioned above, Matt also helped give John the first pet he never asked for. Fast forward to today, and they’re still causing trouble together, now as corporate baddies after Matt hired John in November 2025. Technically that makes Matt John’s boss, and there’s a real chance he now spends more time with John than Kelsey does.
Neil Tranford
Neil Tranford - Groomsman
John met Neil through their mutual friend Matt when Matt forced Neil to move to Atlanta, and once John realized that Neil cares even less for social etiquette than he does, the two became close friends. They share an appreciation for dry, niche, and sometimes dark humor that is better kept to themselves. The two enjoy conversations built around offbeat jokes that smarter people might miss, and they trade those jokes frequently over one too many Tito’s & sodas. Neil is John’s favorite wizard.
Nate Palmer
Nate Palmer - Groomsman
John and Nate have been best friends since high school. They also went to Auburn together, where John introduced Nate to Fiji before promptly transferring to Birmingham Southern (RIP) within weeks of Nate joining. John then taught him how to fly planes, so Nate decided to stick with the military and eventually fly F16s. That’s cool, but unfortunately Nate is still an Auburn fan
Adam Byrd
Adam Byrd - Groomsman
Adam and John have been best friends since high school and lived together in Nashville from 2019 to 2021. As such, they spent the throes of COVID together, which meant lots of weekends revolving around takeout Mexican & margaritas and trading Call of Duty killstreaks with each other. COVID sucked, but it wasn’t not fun. As fellow (and loud) Alabama fans, they’ve also spent plenty of time celebrating wins and defending the Tide
